This policy covers the lenvetal.com website, run by Lenvetal LLC, 1015 Wall St, Suite 111, Los Angeles, CA 90015, USA. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy: QRemo and Rodenzo.

What we collect

If you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you send: your name, email, company and message. Our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address, browser and time of request to deliver and protect the site. This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

Only to answer you, discuss a project you asked about, and keep the site secure. We do not sell or share personal information, or use it for targeted advertising.

Who processes it

Netlify (website hosting and form delivery) and Google Workspace (email), under their standard data protection terms.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and for our business records, normally no more than 3 years, unless we start working together.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, including under California law (CCPA/CPRA), by writing to hello@lenvetal.com. We will not discriminate against you for using your rights.
